By accessing proberequest.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree

to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Probe Request provides independent study resources for wireless networking certification

exams, including practice exam questions, explanations, flashcards, and related content

(the "Service"). Access to paid content requires a purchase; free content may be offered

from time to time.

2. Independent resource — no affiliation

Probe Request is an independent study resource. It is **not affiliated with, endorsed by,

sponsored by, or approved by CWNP, Inc. or the Wi-Fi Alliance.** CWNP, CWNA, CWDP, CWSP,

CWAP, CWNE and related terms are trademarks of CWNP, Inc.; Wi-Fi is a trademark of the

Wi-Fi Alliance. References to certification names describe exam topics only and imply no

official status, score prediction, or pass guarantee.

3. Accounts

• Accounts use email magic-link authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to

your email and for all activity under your account.

• One account per person. You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Purchases and billing

• Paid products are one-time purchases, priced as displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed on our behalf by a third-party merchant of record (currently

Lemon Squeezy or Paddle — [PLACEHOLDER: confirm at launch]). We do not receive or store

your card details. Applicable sales tax/VAT is handled by the merchant of record.

• Prices may change prospectively; changes never affect completed purchases.

5. Per-account content, fingerprinting, and anti-sharing

Important disclosure: practice questions delivered through the Service are selected

and, in some cases, lightly varied on a per-account basis. Each account receives a

deterministically generated variant of question content, and purchased content is marked

with per-account identifiers, so that content leaked or redistributed online can be

traced back to the account that received it. We do not vary anything that affects

technical correctness.

You may not: share, resell, sublicense, scrape, republish, upload to dump sites or

AI training corpora, or otherwise redistribute any paid content; share account

credentials; or access content using automated tooling. Violation of this section

may result in immediate account termination without refund, and we reserve our rights

under copyright law.

6. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, no attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, no

misrepresentation of an official relationship with CWNP or any vendor, no unlawful use.

7. Content accuracy — no pass guarantee

Content is authored and verified against published public standards (IEEE 802.11,

Wi-Fi Alliance, FCC/ETSI and vendor documentation) with commercially reasonable care.

We correct verified errors on an ongoing basis. We make **no guarantee of exam success,

score, or pass rate**, and nothing in the Service constitutes official study material.

Standards and exam blueprints change; you are responsible for confirming current exam

requirements with the certifying body.

8. Intellectual property

All original content (questions, explanations, flashcards, exhibits, site design, brand)

is owned by Phifco Holdings LLC and protected by copyright. Trademark registrations are

pending/at the owner's discretion. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable

license to use purchased content for your own exam preparation only.

9. Refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms: 7-day money-back window for a

first purchase, subject to content-access limits and abuse exclusions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent

permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phifco Holdings LLC's total

liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months

before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including content

leakage. Sections 5, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to

conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts

located in Georgia unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use
